Belma McCaffrey is the CEO and Founder of Work Bigger, a career change and development platform with the mission to redefine work so that work is a vehicle for creativity, change and living an awesome life. Work Bigger partners with companies to help tackle employee disengagement and turnover issues, and they work with individuals to provide career change support. Belma and Work Bigger have been featured in Forbes, Fortune, Complex Hustle, and Create & Cultivate.

Prior to Work Bigger, Belma spent 10+ years in business development and strategy roles at companies like the Associated Press, Conde Nast and GroupM. She lives in Hoboken, NJ with her husband and son.
